Lisa's Lunchbox was opened in February, 2007 by founding partners Lisa Clay and Lauren Gray. The restaurant's mission was simple: serve great, fresh food and treat every customer as a welcome friend. The combination of delicious food and exceptional service has made this East Memphis spot an instant favorite among diners, whether they're seeking a quick salad to go, a hearty lunch with friends, or 500 sandwiches for a corporate event.
Two years after its start, the second location - Lisa's Lunchbox, Too - opened its doors. Under manager Laura Leike, "Lisa's 2" offers the same delicious home-cooked food and welcoming environment as the original.
